As some of you know, I have been teaching a class at the Basingstoke Hindu Society (BHS) since last year, a lovely place at the top of town with an amazing and kind group of people! This class will return on the 26th of April for 10 sessions (the dates below). BHS has kindly agreed to extend the same price offered to their members to Ommillion's members. This is an amazing opportunity to get 10 classes for £40! if you have a full membership you can access this discounted rate and secure your space at the disconted rate (head to pricing and plans to find the BHS plan) If you want to join at the above price and you have a basic membership (or a bundle of classes), you can upgrade to a full membership (heading the pricing and plans) and then buy the BHS plan If you don't have a membership and still want to join this class, you can access all 10 classes for £60, going to princing and plans to purchase the BHS plan (non-members) The 10 classes will take place in Carnival Hall at 7.30am- 8.30am on a Saturday. This course will involve a mixture of Slow Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Meditation & Pranayama. Open and welcoming to anyone at any stage of their life and their practice.
