For the third time, Rita (Ommillion) & Nicky (from Oscillate Yoga) are getting together to share with you what they are most passionate about: Yoga and Sound Healing 🧘♀️🎵
After two sold out events that celebrated the transition to Spring and Summer, we will be gathering again at the end of September to welcome and embrace a new season together!
We will combining a gentle and nourishing Yoga Flow with Sound Massage, followed by a beautiful guided meditation and Tibetan Bowl Sound Bath. Finishing with delicious snacks and a warm cup of tea to ground you before you go home :)
