Rita and Nicky are once again getting together to share with you what they are most passionate about: Yoga and Sound Healing! A morning that combines Yin Yoga and Sound bath, weaved with breathwork and meditation 🤍

About the event
After 4 sold out events and a retreat, we will be gathering again at in June to welcome and embrace a new season together! 🌻
This event will include:
- Yin Yoga Flow with Sound Massage (Tibetan Singing Bowls are placed on various parts of the clothed body and struck gently. You not only hear the beautiful sound of the bowls but also directly feel the calming vibrations)
- Group sound meditation therapy session (also known as a sound bath)
- Guided Meditation and Pranayama (Breathing Exercises)
- A hot drink and a snack to ground you before you leave
Please bring:
- A Yoga mat (if you don't have one, please message us to have one ready for you)
- A blanket and a Pillow (or something else to have under your head during the sound bath)
- A Yoga bolster if you have one
- A water bottle
We can't wait to share this practise with you!
