Vinyasa Flow & Sound Healing

Rita (Ommillion) & Nicky (from Oscillate Yoga) are getting together to share with you what they are most passionate about: Yoga and Sound Healing 🧘‍♀️🎵 

A magical way to finish the week that combines a gentle and nourishing Yoga Flow guided by Rita, followed by Nicky's beautiful guided meditation and Tibetan Bowl Sound Bath. We will finish with delicious snacks and a warm cup of tea to ground you before you go home :) 

Please bring:

- A Yoga mat (if you don't have one, please message us to have one ready for you)

- A blanket and a Pillow (or something else to have under your head during the sound bath)

- A Yoga bolster if you have one

- A water bottle
