Yin Yoga Flow with Sound Massage (Tibetan Singing Bowls are placed on various parts of the clothed body and struck gently. You not only hear the beautiful sound of the bowls but also directly feel the calming vibrations)
Group sound meditation therapy session (also known as a sound bath)
Guided Meditation and Pranayama (Breathing Exercises)
