Location
Tiptoe Lodge is situated in Lymington, the New Forest National Park where wild ponies roam free and only a 10 minute drive from the sea!
Food
Homemade & wholesome vegan meal (lunch), snacks and refreshments will be provided
Yoga / Meditation
Both sessions are open and welcoming to anyone regardless of their experience.

Arrive, settle in, hot drink ~ From 8.30AM
Opening Circle followed and morning full practice (to include pranayama, meditation and asana) ~ 9AM - 10.30AM
Tea and snack ~ 10.30AM
Forest Walk ~ 11AM
Lunch ~ 12PM
Pottery Workshop ~ 1pm to 3pm
(This is a 2h workshop where you will make two pieces. These will not be ready to take home as they go through a long process of drying, firing, and painting. You will receive the pieces in about 6 weeks’ time)
Yin Yoga ~ 3.30PM – 5PM
